Personalised Kriya Set
Kriya are incredibly powerful tools from the integrative system of Yoga that allows you to accelerate your spiritual growth, shift energetic blocks and self limiting ideas and enliven qualities within yourself to help you to evolve to your full potential.

Kriya sets involve a combination of kriya practices, pranayama (breath techniques) and asana in a sequence, which you commit to practicing for a set period of time for maximum results
The style that I teach is from the Tantric Kundalini tradition from Himalayas. The word kriya comes from two Sanskrit words kri meaning ‘action’ or 'effort' and ya which refers to Atman or soul. So its literal translation is action involving your transcendental Self.

Kriya can be practiced by anyone but for best results establish a consistent meditation practice before undertaking your first kriya set. Contact me to discuss your specific needs and we can schedule a time to create your custom sequence. Session goes for about 90 minutes.

The Vedic art of Rounding
Rounding is an advance practice of this tradition that combines a sequence (or a "Round") of Asana, Pranayama and meditation. The sequence provides deep states of rest and transcendence, several times deeper than your standard practice allowing you to accelerate your shedding of accumulated stress and fatigue in the body. It can be learned to practice at home or can be practiced on a rounding day or retreat setting to go much deeper. Subrscibe or send me an email to stay informed of upcoming rounding days. You must have been practicing Vedic Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Sattva Meditation or the equivalent to be able to practice this technique.

Breathwork
The breath is a powerful tool which can be used to energise and enliven or stabilise and calm your nervous system. Depending on your needs different techniques can be practiced throughout your day to help in a wide range of situations. Breathwork can be particularly helpful in dealing with anxiety and panic attack.

I hold regular breath work classes but I can also tailor breath practices to help with your specific needs.

Group Meditations

Advanced Mantra Course
If you've maintained at a consistent twice daily meditation practice for at least the last 12 months and are interested in taking your practice to the next level then this course is for you. Advanced mantras accelerate your access to more expansive and higher states of consciousness translating to a refined sense of your infinite nature in both your meditation and awake states. In this course you will be initiated into a new personal advanced mantra and also taught additional techniques to practice prior to and following you meditation. Course are conducted one on one over 2 sessions. Course fee is $600.
