Learn to Meditate

Vedic Mantra Meditation is an effortless, eyes-closed technique practiced for 20 minutes twice a day. While most other forms of meditation require focus or contemplation, in VMM we learn to let go and dive beyond our thinking mind to experience our subtlest levels of awareness. The Vedic Mantra Mediation program is designed to help you become a fully self sufficient and confident meditator. Once you learn, you won't need an app, fancy headphones or to go to class to practice this technique, you'll be able to meditate whenever you want wherever you want and begin to experience the benefits in all aspects of your life.



Step 1 – Initiation
Once you decide to take part in the course the first step is your initiation. This is a one on one class, where you will witness a traditional gratitude ceremony which I perform after which I will give you your personal mantra and instructions on how to use it properly. This initiation is done in private and takes about 90 minutes.
Step 2 – The Course
Over the following 3 evenings we dive deeper into the practice exploring the signs and symptoms of the correct technique, support practices and additional knowledge around this form of meditation. In between each session you will meditate in the mornings before you return the following evening. These evenings go for approx 2 hours each and are performed as a group.
Step 3 – Follow Up Sessions
Over the following 3 months after you complete the course, we will have two 90 minute follow up sessions where we will have the opportunity to refine your technique if needed and I will share some additional advanced techniques that will support you and your practice going forwards.

Come and learn the effortless trancendence technique of Vedic Mantra meditation one on one with me over 4 consecutive sessions. The course can be running mornings or evenings. Happy to work to a schedule that will suit us both. In the first session you are given your own personal mantra and taught the correct procedure of how to meditate. Then over the following three sessionss we dive deeper into the knowledge around the practice ensuring that you become a confident, self sufficient meditator.
Advanced Mantra Technique

This course requires that you have been practicing an effortless transcendence style of meditation twice daily (ie TM, Sattva Meditation, Vedic Meditation etc) for at least 12 months. Take you practice to the next level. Contact me if you like to find out more or register your interest below.
Breath Workshop

Our meditation experience is largely dictated by the state of our nervous system prior to meditating. In this workshop you'll be instructed on diaphragmatic Himalayan breath techniques which are designed to support your nervous system and allowing you to get the most out of your meditation practice and life as a whole.  With these techniques in your tool belt you can employ a dynamic approach to your practice, tuning into how you're feeling and selecting the best technique to balance your nervous system at that time. These are one on one sessions and run for 2 hours. Can be done online via zoom or here in my studio on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
Persnoalised Kriya Set

Kriya are incredibly powerful tools from the integrative system of Yoga that allows you to accelerate your spiritual growth, shift energetic blocks and self limiting ideas and enliven qualities within yourself to help you to evolve to your full potential.

Kriya sets involve a combination of kriya practices, pranayama (breath techniques) and asana in a sequence, which you commit to practicing for a set period of time for maximum results
The style that I teach is from the Tantric Kundalini tradition from Himalayas. The word kriya comes from two Sanskrit words kri meaning ‘action’ or 'effort' and ya which refers to Atman or soul. So its literal translation is action involving your transcendental Self.

Kriya can be practiced by anyone but for best results establish a consistent meditation practice before undertaking your first kriya set. Contact me to discuss your specific needs and we can schedule a time to create your custom sequence. Session goes for about 90 minutes.
